A pesquisa foi desenvolvida no Programa Associado de Pós-Graduação em Artes Visuais da UFPB, entre Março de 2017 e Fevereiro de 2019, com apoio de bolsa da CAPES. Utilizamos pesquisa bibliográfica, entrevistas com o artista e consulta ao acervo pessoal do artista. Os resultados demostram que <em>Plasmatio</em> foi feita a partir de afetos, de lembranças, de histórias, de dores e da relação do artista com as vidas das pessoas a sua volta.</p><p> </p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em><br /><em>This article aims to analyze in José Rufino’s work Plasmatio the political perspective, the memory, and the forgetfulness. The research was developed at </em><em>the UFPB/UFPE Associate Postgraduate Program in Visual Arts, between March 2017 and February 2019, with support from CAPES scholarship. We use bibliographical research, interviews and consultation with the artist’s personal collection.
