Gestão de campos de férias para crianças

uma revisão estruturada da literatura e novas direções

Resumo

O estudo dos campos de férias para crianças aumentou nos últimos anos. Todavia, a utilização de diferentes termos e a dispersão da informação na literatura acerca da gestão destes eventos dificulta o esclarecimento das diretrizes de pesquisa, por um lado, e dificulta a melhoria das práticas de gestão, por outro. Este estudo visa sintetizar o conhecimento existente na gestão destes eventos, identificar inconsistências e lacunas na literatura, e definir direções para futuras pesquisas e práticas. Foi realizada uma revisão estruturada de estudos publicados entre 1950-2021. Metade dos estudos utilizou o termo “campos de verão”; mas também foram utilizados outros dez termos diferentes. Foram identificadas cinco áreas de gestão: segurança, comportamento do consumidor, recursos humanos, organização de eventos e pesquisa em campos de férias. Foram ainda identificadas lacunas na literatura. Estes resultados são importantes para definir novos caminhos de pesquisa e melhorar a gestão destes eventos.

Celina Gonçalves é Professora Adjunta do Departamento de Desporto do Instituto Universitário da Maia (ISMAI). É membro do CIDESD e colaboradora do CIFI2D.

Doutorado em Motricidade Humana na especialidade de Ciências do Desporto, Mestre em Gestão de Organizações Desportivas (FMH-UTL), Mestre em Questões de Psicologia (FPCE-UP) e atualmente Investigador Pós-Doutor (FADEUP).

Seu principal foco de pesquisa é conectar consumidores, organizações, atletas e patrocinadores desportivos. Ao fazê-lo, interessa-se por aspectos como experiências de consumo, bem-estar dos adeptos, ambientes online, qualidade de serviço, gestão de marca desportiva, gestão de patrocínios, megaeventos desportivos, entre outros.

Desenvolveu projetos com investigadores de Portugal, Espanha, Inglaterra, França, Alemanha, Estónia, Brasil, Estados Unidos, Canadá, Japão, Coreia do Sul, Austrália e Nova Zelândia, e publicou mais de 40 artigos em revistas como Journal of Business Research, Journal of Sport Management, European Sport Management Quarterly, Sport Management Review, International Journal of Sports Marketing and Sponsorship, Sport Marketing Quarterly, International Journal of Clinical and Health Psychology, Leisure Studies, entre outros. Ele foi coautor de dois livros e coeditou um livro de gestão desportiva.

Ele é membro do conselho editorial do European Sport Management Quarterly, Sport Management Review, Sport Marketing Quarterly, International Journal of Sports Marketing & Sponsorship e Sport, Business, and Management. Ele também foi co-investigador principal de um Marie Curie Research and Innovation Staff Exchange sobre 'Enfrentar a desigualdade, aumentar a diversidade e facilitar um maior diálogo na realização de megaeventos desportivos'.

Tem 5 livros publicados, cerca de 50 artigos publicados em revistas com revisão entre pares e 25 artigos/capítulos em livros.  As suas principais áreas de investigação são a Gestão do Desporto, o Direito do Desporto, as Políticas Desportivas e Mulheres e Desporto.
Desde 2010 é Vogal do Conselho de Disciplina da Federação Portuguesa de Futebol.
